The rules of the Japanese diet are as follows:

  • products based on salt, sugar, alcohol and flour should be completely excluded from the diet;
  • you can not replace the products in the menu (at least junk);
  • instead of ordinary water, it is better to drink mineral or boiled water;
  • it is not desirable to change the day in places.

The Japanese diet, like any other, is prohibited for pregnant and lactating women, as well as for people with diseases of the kidneys, liver, gallbladder and gastrointestinal tract. People with blood pressure issues should be wary of dieting - it contains many cups of black coffee.

One day:
