As the name suggests, any diet - whether it's a method of losing weight with kefir, broths, green tea, juices, or even plain water - is based on luse of liquid. And above all, what results does this weight loss system bring?

The drinking diet in all its diversity

Obviously, an alcohol consumption diet is not some kind of special and specific diet, but only a nutritional principle that determines the form of food consumption, leaving the choice of food to you. In other words, you should only absorb everything in liquid form, but by this "everything" we mean only healthy, natural and low-calorie foods.

You can often meet fans of the juice diet - of course, they also practice drinking food. Like kefir diets, green tea diets, ginger slimming drink lovers and even the most resistant of all are water-based diets.

If you are a reasonably sane person, you probably understand that a diet cannot be based on milkshakes from a famous restaurant, alcoholic beverages, sugary sodas, cocoa, coffee, yogurt. industrial drink and similar products. Strictly speaking, the eating regimen will be fully observed, however, there can be no question of weight loss here.

What can you drink as part of your diet?

  • The water.With a watery diet, you should drink 2 liters of clean, non-carbonated water per day. But this technique is the most rigorous and the most complex, few people can handle it. Since it refers to fasting, it is allowed to sit on it for up to 3 days. The best option for a water-based diet is to fast 1-3 days per month, when you drink only water. In addition, you need to prepare for such a strict diet by reducing the amount of food eaten a week before the start on a daily basis and just as slowly returning to your usual diet.

  • Broth.It can be chicken, fish or beef, as well as vegetables. You need to cook it yourself and from natural products (no semi-finished products are suitable). It is allowed to add salt when cooking, you can also add carrots, celery and parsley to the herbs. It is not recommended to add pepper, it whets the appetite, just like onions.

  • Dairy productsin liquid form can also be the basis of a diet. If it is kefir, then necessarily low in fat, as well as fermented baked milk, bifidok or drinkable yogurt without fillers. You can also take as a basis milk, the fat content of which does not exceed 1. 5%. But it is believed that milk is not well absorbed by the body of adults, so it is recommended to choose fermented milk products.

  • Fresh juice.Orange, grapefruit, apple juices are suitable. Better to choose unsweetened fruit. Grapefruit is widely regarded as a top notch weight loss product. But you need to be careful and check if you have any allergies before you start a juice diet. And most importantly, when choosing a diet based on fruit juice, remember that freshly squeezed juices can not be consumed in their natural form - they must be diluted with plain water in the ratio of1: 1.

  • Tea.Choose green, black, red, or fruit teas, but make sure they are leafy and of good quality. You don't have to drink it sweet, you can add skimmed milk or lemon.

  • Fruit drink or compote.These drinks are also suitable for a diet. They are cooked unsweetened from fruits and berries. You can also make oat jelly, which is the most satisfying.

  • Vegetable smoothies.In addition to fruit juices for a drinking diet, vegetable juices or smoothies are also great. They are far from always palatable, but if you are patient and experiment a little, then you can choose an acceptable option for yourself.

  • Protein shake.It is perhaps the most effective and fastest drinking diet. As you know, protein diets are among the most effective. However, in order to consume protein shakes without compromising your health, you need to make sure that you do not have chronic illnesses. In addition, when consuming a large amount of protein, it is necessary to strictly monitor the water regime - drink plenty of plain water (otherwise the protein will simply not be absorbed).

It is highly desirable to establish a schedule for the use of "food" - for example, every 2 hours, 1-1, 5 cups. Or every three hours - a little more. And during breaks, remember to drink enough clean water.

How long does the drinking regimen last?

The longest known drinking regimen lasts about 30 days. Its menu can not be called lean and ascetic, but all products and "dishes" are used exclusively in liquid form. In the morning - freshly squeezed fruit juice and green tea (naturally without sugar, syrups and jam), closer to lunch - light broths (always second or even third) and vegetable smoothies, in the evening - kefir and protein shakes, and all inthroughout the day from morning to evening - also water in quite impressive volumes.

You think that a diet, even if you keep it only 4-5 days, perfectly relieves the intestines, eliminates toxins and so-called "food wastes" and stimulates the body to use the fat already accumulated at the expense ofrunning energy costs (since a liquid diet, if properly observed, contains relatively few calories).

However, such a long period - 20-30 days or more - is more of an extreme version of the diet. While no nutritionist, almost certainly, will advise anyone to follow such a diet (at least apart from constant observation in the hospital) for more than 12-14 days.

The most popular "distance" of any drinking regimen is considered to be 7-10 days.

If you choose low-calorie foods for your diet, you drink a small amount of liquid at a time (trust me: if you drink broth under dumplings with casseroles for several days in a row, your desired weight loss isunlikely, although officially no one can blame you that your diet has not been drunk all this time), you are in the great outdoors, and maybe even exercise in a reasonable setting, so for 7on a drunken diet you can well expect to lose 5 to 7 kg of extra pounds.

The girl has a fasting day on the water

"Day to drink" diet

Remember the easiest diet option is a day on the water. The main thing is simple: throughout the day you are allowed to drink only clean, non-carbonated water. These days are considered fasting days and can be spent once a week or 2-3 times a month. At this time, you can drink only water, in unlimited quantities, but not less than 2 liters per day, or spend the day on freshly squeezed orange, grapefruit or apple juice mixed with water. in a 1: 1 ratio, while maintaining the regime water - 1, 5 liters per day. Drinking on days like these days on water gives your body a break from the stress of constantly digesting food. Our digestive system needs to be cleansed, just this process begins during these fasting days.

You need to prepare in advance. Switch to healthy eating the week before. If you are a fan of mayonnaise, sauces, sausages and fat, fried and sweet, exclude this food from the diet for a week. For a few days before starting the day-to-drink diet, eat only grains, fruits and vegetables. Drink sugar-free drinks throughout the week and switch to green tea a day before starting your diet. Also drink up to 2 liters of water per day.

You need to quit the diet smoothly, gradually adding low-fat foods - first vegetables, fruits, grains, and then low-fat protein foods. After a few weeks, you can gradually return to your usual diet. But, again, you should not immediately rely on flour, sweet and fatty products.

After the day-to-drink diet, your stomach will contract, and later you will start to eat less, while filling up quickly. Therefore, these fasting days allow you to reduce your appetite and smoothly switch to healthy eating. During this day, you will lose 1 to 2 kilograms of excess weight.

Diet for 7 days

For a weekly diet, you can lose weight up to 7 kilograms. As a basis, you can take juices from vegetables, fruits, low-fat dairy products, broths. In addition to liquid food, it is imperative to monitor the water - the amount of water drunk per day should be at least 1. 5 liters. You can also drink unsweetened green tea (leaves) in unlimited quantities. In order not to get tired of a single product, the diet days can be alternated.

  • 1 day - with milk or kefir;

  • Day 2 - in broth;

  • Day 3 - on the juices;

  • Day 4 - tea day;

  • Day 5 - protein or yogurt;

  • Day 6 - on compote (dried apricots, prunes, raisins, cook without sugar);

  • The last day is juicy.

Getting out of an alcohol diet

Exit from the weekly drinking regimen should be gentle. The next day, after finishing your diet, start your breakfast with a small serving of oatmeal in water. Lunch and dinner are still drinkable. Observe this diet for 2-3 days. Then take it to the next level - for breakfast, eat something you like: an egg, yogurt, cheese, but you don't need to rely on starches. For lunch, make porridge and eat an apple or a banana. Drink dinner. And by the second week, start eating three times a day, adding lean protein foods and vegetables. Increase the amount of carbohydrates in your diet for the third week. Gradually introduce salt and rye bread, pasta, cereals and potatoes into the diet.
